BSc CSIT (Bachelors in Computer Science and Information Technology) is a four years Eight Semesters Undergraduate Degree affiliated to Tribhuvan University (TU) which is designed to provide the student with all sorts of knowledge in the field of Information Technology, Networking, Artificial Intelligence, Computing, Database, Programming, Software Development, Data Structure & Algorithm.

CSIT Eligibility Criteria :

The candidate applying for BSc CSIT program must have:

Successfully completed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics..
Secured a minimum grade C in each subject and should pass entrance exam conducted by tu iost.

From the year 2076 new policy is added that the ; student with D+ in 2 subjects can also appy form and can give entrance but he/she should give re-exam and should have at least C in each subjects seperately during the time of admission ,read the below notice form balkhu (central office ) for full information about this :

Model of entrance exam:
English ,Mathematics,Physics and Chemistry questions are asked each with 25 marks total 100 marks paper. Mathematics questions will be from grade 11 only not of 12 since some students take bio in grade 12 .In other subjects questions will be asked from both grade 11 and 12.
The pass mark of Bsc CSIT entrance examination is 35 marks.
